Boo Bag Orders

Decorated Home Submissions

User Submitted Content
Decorated Homes and Community Events are submitted voluntarily by members of the community.
Every submission is reviewed before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval.
If approved, information you choose to submit—including photographs, descriptions, display hours, event details, and addresses intended for public display—may appear on Ghosts of Woodforest.
Decorated Home listings are published only after they have been voluntarily submitted by the homeowner or someone authorized to represent the property.
If you would like your listing updated or removed, simply contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to process your request promptly.
Photos & Images
If you upload photographs through this website, you confirm that you own the images or have permission to share them.
By submitting those images, you grant Ghosts of Woodforest permission to display them as part of your approved Decorated Home listing or Community Event.
Ownership of your photographs remains yours.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Order information is retained only for the duration of the Halloween season and is deleted once the season concludes. We do not maintain long-term customer records.
Community submissions may remain published until the homeowner, event organizer, or Ghosts of Woodforest chooses to remove them.
Third Party Services
To operate this website, we use the following third-party services:
Google Maps — Used to display approved Decorated Home locations. Viewing map content may involve Google’s own services and privacy practices.
PayPal — Payment processing. When you complete a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by PayPal under their own privacy policy and security standards. We do not see or store your payment details.
